| We raise red, cream, black/tan,and chocolate/tan miniature dachshunds in solid and in the dapple and brindle patterns. Our dachshunds are our pets first, we love them all! All of the puppies are raised in our home until they go to their new homes at 8-10 weeks of age. We do not raise standard dachshunds but only raise the miniatures. Miniature dachshunds are 11 lbs and under. Sometimes we do have puppies that will turn out to be "tweenies" which are in between the standard(16 lbs and up)and the miniature size. Miniature dachshunds were bred down from the standards so at times a puppy can turn out to be a small standard .We do not guarantee size. If you can't love them with an extra unexpected lb or two then you need to look elsewhere. Thank you! |
